Age & Eligibility Requirements

- Not be restricted by US or international law from receiving the services
Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain password confidentiality. You are solely responsible to Siren Affiliates for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Billing Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable
- Cancellations within 14 days are eligible for refunds
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- All pricing is in USD
- You are responsible for applicable taxes and exchange rate costs
Intellectual Property
Siren Affiliates retains ownership of all site content, templates, logos, software, and design elements. You receive a limited license to use these materials for personal or business purposes related to your subscription.
Confidentiality & Data
You agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the platform and must comply with data protection obligations.
Warranties Disclaimer
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for specific purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. You waive claims for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You will receive renewal notices before charges occur.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days for a refund. After this period, no refunds apply for partial months, though you may cancel anytime with continued access through the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are limited to the 14-day window following purchase. Trial programs have specific terms that convert to paid subscriptions thereafter.
Discount Restrictions
Promotional discounts cannot be combined, and you may not create multiple accounts to accumulate trial benefits.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable state and federal law, with disputes resolved through specified legal channels.
Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
This agreement represents the complete understanding between parties and supersedes prior agreements. Amendments are effective upon posting to the website.
